SSM Health St. Clare Foundation serves as a bridge between the SSM Health St. Clare Hospital campuses and the communities we serve – in the greater Baraboo, Lake Delton, and Wisconsin Dells areas. The Foundation helps to advance the health and wellness of all who live and visit those communities. SSM Health St. Clare Foundation - Baraboo and their donors have supported SSM Health St. Clare Hospital’s healing mission with new technologies, clinical equipment, and staff education.

Spirit of Giving Circle

The Spirit of Giving Circle is an unique group of charitable individuals who enjoy fellowship and fun while supporting the vital health care needs of our local communities. Funds support the needs at SSM Health St. Clare Campus, including the hospital, urgent care in Lake Delton, and rehabilitation center in Wisconsin Dells.
