Thank you for supporting behavioral health initiatives in St. Louis

In the U.S., 1 in 5 people live with a mental or behavioral health condition. More than half of U.S. adults with a mental illness don’t receive treatment due to access to care, cost, lack of health insurance, and so on.

SSM Health Foundation – St. Louis was awarded a $1.28 million Challenge Grant from the Mabee Foundation to assist our efforts in providing innovative patient-centered care focused around behavioral health through the SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital Urgent Care and Clinic. To receive this grant, we had to raise $1,522,901. Because of YOU, we met our goal!

THANK YOU from all of us at the Foundation. Your support will help change the lives of many in our region living with a behavioral health condition — a neighbor, family member, close friend, colleague, this list goes on.

SSM Health believes every person deserves access to compassionate, holistic care. It’s why we provide a transformational approach to behavioral health care and why our initiatives focus solely on providing stabilization and support to our region’s behavioral health patients. The SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital Urgent Care and Clinic supports SSM Health Behavioral Health programs and initiatives, including:

  • long-acting injectable clinics to provide patients struggling with access to care with a consistent treatment schedule
