Family Birth Suites Renovation Campaign

Help us celebrate new beginnings at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital – Janesville

SSM Health St. Mary’s Foundation - Janesville has been raising funds for an important Family Birth Suites renovation project at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital – Janesville.

Phase one of the project will be a complete redesign of the lactation and education spaces. Phase two will focus on improving the functionality and security of the unit.

To complete this project we need your help!

You can make a difference as we welcome our community's newest members.

With a donation of $25 or more, send a picture of your baby (or a family photograph) and your picture will be featured in a scrolling video display within our Family Birth Suites unit.

Your name will also be placed in a drawing for a $250 gift certificate to (photographer’s website).

The drawing will take place during the SSM Health Healing Garden Reception on Thursday, October 10. The winner does not have to be present to win, but all are encouraged to attend this wonderful event. Learn more about the Healing Garden Reception event and purchase tickets. 

Instructions for submitting photos:

  1. Make your gift of $25 or move using the online donation form.
  2. Download and complete the Media Release Form. 
  3. Email your baby or family photo along with your completed Media Release Form to Samantha Woodworth, Family Birth Charge Nurse at Samantha.Woodworth@ssmhealth.com. Including your baby’s name is optional but please include your full name and phone number to be entered in the drawing.
